January 9th, 2008 at 2:03 ami’ve got something to say: i don’t like stephen malkmus’s music. i’ve never liked stephen malkmus’s music. i will continue to not like stephen malkus’s music. in fact, the first time i heard pavement i wanted to kill myself. it feels good to get this off my chest. people are so freakin’ ga-ga over this guy i had to post my opinion on “jam of the year” because i didn’t want to face the verbal onslaught that’s sure to follow. if dude gets anti-depressants and a guitar tuner, we’ll talk.

January 12th, 2008 at 9:55 amnow now dave. i know that feeling. i had ex-girlfriends who liked bands and these bands bring out the worst memories (built to spill and modest mouse come to mind). but don’t be hating like that if you don’t give the solo sm tunes a chance. sm solo is so much better than all that was pavement. i don’t want you to be denied this

we did come up with a real way to get back at those friggin metal detector people though. i am going to feed andi’s dog a bunch of pennies so that when she shits in the park, the detectors will get all mucked up.
